The Method of Inquiry
We do not offer solutions to pre-defined problems. We offer a method for determining if the problem has been defined correctly. Our engagement is structural, distinct from the daily operations of the organisation.
-
Phase I: The Audit
We observe the flow of information. We map how data enters the institution, how it is categorised, who sees it, and, crucially, who does not. We look for structural blindness.
-
Phase II: The Epistemic Map
We draft a topology of the organization’s mind. We identify:
Gatekeepers: Where information is blocked.
Amplifiers: Where minor signals are exaggerated.
Silences: What the organisation is incapable of discussing.
-
Phase III: Calibration
We adjust the net. This involves altering the architecture of meetings, changing the syntax of reports, or redesigning the physical and digital spaces where interpretation occurs. We aim for a state of "quiet exactitude," where the organization sees itself clearly.
